I was born in Williston, ND. My family moved down to the Twin Cities after the oil boom ended in 1985, and I was raised in Apple Valley, MN. I later moved back to North Dakota to be closer to family in 2007 and have worked out here since 2008. I am married with two kids and am an avid sports fan. SKOL Vikes!

Nic spent his childhood in Columbus, Montana. He moved to Bismarck in 1996. In 2010, Nic began working as a land manager for Kemmis Land Services. Kemmis Land Services specialized in landscaping and oil field reclamation. With his experience in landscaping and hydroseeding, Nic partnered with Rocks and Blocks Landscaping. His passion for people is evident. Since partnering with Rocks and Blocks Landscaping in 2017, Nic has been able to provide professional installation services with quality to the entire Rocks and Blocks family.

Nolan Becher

Owner/Installation Manager

I grew up in West Fargo, ND, going camping in Minnesota with my family over the summers. In 2016 I joined the Air National Guard and worked as a Cyber Transport Technician. I made the move to Bismarck to go to school at the University of Mary for a degree in Finance. In 2019, I started working at Rocks and Blocks Landscaping over the summer. Just 3 years later, in 2022, I was given the opportunity to become a Partner. I focus primarily on softscape installs and concrete edging. My favorite part about the job is turning a boring space into the most extraordinary feature of the home.
